The situation make me shy

I'll tell  you about the following it's tour guide feel shy in this event. ever to with my family. so young in that time that switzerland everyone speak the English language. i feel so excited and I want to talk with everyone.After that I'm sitting on the coach bus and then the tour guide give me a brochure that introduce about interesting place of this country.I feel very excited and happy to be here. Many foreigners give me a smile.All of them look very friendly so,It's make me feel free to talk with them even if I still nervous  inside but I decide to walk toward him,unfortunately something wrong was happened with my brain like I never know How to speak English.So,the word come out of my mouth was mistake when i walk along the street and I bump to someone who very tall. then I said Thank you to him.He look at me with his big eye like he wonder why i said "thank you" instead of "sorry". After that, i feel very shy and my face become red.I feel like i'm a joker because everyone laughing to me . I don't like this feeling
